How it works

One verified profile. Every qualified opportunity.

  1. Step 1

    Build your verified dossier

You enter your goals, identity, education, tests, experience, achievements, and referees once — in resumable steps, never one enormous form. Documents you upload are read into candidate facts that you review and confirm; the original file is always preserved.

  2. Step 2

    See why you qualify

Every scholarship carries typed eligibility rules taken from its official source. ScholarAuto evaluates each rule against your confirmed facts and shows a criterion-by-criterion breakdown: what passes, what fails, and exactly which missing fact blocks confirmation. A failed condition is never hidden behind a single match score.

  3. Step 3

    Finish every requirement

Factual fields are pre-filled from your dossier with full provenance. Essays draw only on stories you wrote in your own words — and where a provider prohibits AI assistance, drafting tools are disabled and you get a focused writing workspace instead.

  4. Step 4

Review, or let permitted applications run

Every application is classified green (automatic, facts-only, provider-permitted), amber (your explicit approval on the exact final package), or red (assistance only). Unknown rules always fall back to the safer mode. You can pause everything with one switch.

  5. Step 5

    Keep the receipt

Every submission produces an immutable receipt: what was sent, when, where, under which authorization, with a snapshot of every answer and document. An application only counts as submitted when confirmation evidence exists.
